I have had a frustratingly slow return to the story today, for multiple reasons. I didn’t meet my word count target, so that means there’s more to do for the next few sessions, but as long as I keep in mind my June word count target I suppose a little flexibility isn’t a disaster.
Today’s quote for you is:
She was so busy trying to put a spin on reality that she had given up on it altogether.
My poor character doesn’t know her top from her tail right now. She’s spinning out of control and from a writing point of view it’s interesting to see where her behaviours take the story!
So hopefully I will make up some of the word count tomorrow, or at least not fall further behind, but I do have my two nieces here again so it may all change once more…
